Virtual Sips for Sustainability! Join us for different virtual 'funtivities' including Jackbox games, pet and plant show-and-tell and great discussion all from the comfort of your own home!  

Logistics

For this event, we will be using several platforms. Pre-recorded content and student posters/design reviews will be posted on a Youtube account. Live speakers will be accessed through an ESW Zoom Room. Earth Hacks will utilized Zoom breakout rooms with preassigned teams. Slack, social media and email will be heavily used for communications so be sure to follow us on all platforms! 

Student Presentations

We are asking interested students to submit a 2-4 minute video of a poster presentation, design review or project discussion. All presentations will be uploaded to a private Youtube channel, accessible by conference attendees. There will be open chat rooms and video rooms for discussion, questions, suggestions, etc. If you are interested in submitting a poster presentation, please fill out the link below. 

Video Requirements: 

  • Project title

  • Name of students on project 

  • Name of chapter, school and/or organization working on project 

  • If comfortable, an email address for Q&A or suggestions! 

Videos do not need logos or any sort of branding but can certainly include them if desired! For more details, find our branding guidelines on eswglobal.org or contact Alyssa at aowens@eswusa.org.
